Sivaram Wildlife Sanctuary

Located along the River Godavari which waters the Sivaram wildlife Sanctuary in Andhra Pradesh, the total area of this wildlife Sanctuary is approximately 36.29 square kilometers, noted for Marsh Crocodiles, available throughout Indo Gangetic plain.

This is a fresh water crocodile also known as Mugger Crocodile, the origin of the word Mugger is obviously from Mugger Fish, famous in India.
